We believe the main purpose of capacity building is to improve the organization’s performance and enhances its ability to function and continue to stay relevant within a rapidly changing environment. This theory is of vital importance especially in the context of Rahmat hospital, a newly established health facility. Therefore, the management team has been organizing continues capacity building programs for all medical staff. Our training programs are dynamic in nature because we utilize both theory and video lectures along with practical application of established procedures. These trainings will be organized constantly and will be modified in consideration of the rapidly changing hospital and patient’s needs.
