Dr. Ramin Payman is a professional general surgeon – he graduated from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic Medical University, General surgery – Kyrgyz – Russian Slavic, research for reconstructive surgery in Wazir Akbar Khan Hospital. He has complete the full post graduate course of specialization in general surgery. He received a certificate form WHO (GBV – treatment protocol for health care providers at Kabul province in 2016), certificate form ICRC (Triage training), admiration letter form Wazir Mohammed Akbar khan Hospital. He worked as general surgeon at several hospitals.
Rahmat Hospital
Rahmat Hospital was founded by Engineer Mohibollah Naseri on November 5, 2013 in the town of Sultan Mahmoud Ghaznavi in Qasbeh, District 15th, of Kabul city. The Rahmat Hospital has been designed by Turkish engineers based on the European Union and Turkish standards. Its construction work was completed on November 9, 2020 and became ready for operation.
